Join Emily & Kaitlin for their performance of a captivating new work for two pianos, Reverie, Blues, and Elegy for two pianos by Ian Krouse, alongside JCM LA Branch ensembles for the season’s Final Concert.
About the piece:
Reverie, Blues, and Elegy is the two-piano version of Ian Krouse’s Starwaves (on a song of Nick Drake), originally written for and commissioned by the Minneapolis Guitar Quartet. Both pieces pay tribute to English singer-songwriter Nick Drake.
